①How to order one?

Select a photo to upload and add text, then add  to cart for checkout. Enter your email and address, choose a payment method to pay.

②What payments are supported?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

 

③How long does it take to ship?

For custom orders please allow up to 3~5 business days for us to process and create your order depending on the volume of orders.

 

④How long will it take to receive the pendant?

Depends on the distance of the area, usually 3~8 days after uploading the tracking number.

 

⑤ Didn't receive your package or received the wrong package?

Please contact us, and you can choose to receive a full refund, or we'll create a new one for you free of charge.

 

⑥How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the order is shipped. 

 

⑦Can't track your order after receiving the tracking number?

We will update the tracking information as soon as the package arrives at your local area.
