① How to order one?
Select a photo to upload and add text, then add to cart for checkout. Enter your email and address, choose a payment method, and complete the payment.
② What payments are supported?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely.
③ How long does it take to ship?
For custom orders, please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and create your order, depending on the volume of orders.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
④ How long will it take to receive the pendant?
Estimated delivery is 6–11 business days in total (2–3 business days processing + 3–8 business days shipping).
⑤ Didn't receive your package or received the wrong package?
If you did not receive your package, or received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You can request a full refund, or we will resend your order free of charge.
⑥ How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the order is shipped.
⑦ Can't track your order after receiving the tracking number?
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the package has been shipped. If you still cannot track your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
